Pre-Press is all the processes that take place before print. Such as selecting the print media, graphic designing, proof reading, matching color codes, creating a sample, plate/block/film making depending on the printing process (offset, digital, letterpress, screen printing) etc.
We offer design, cutting, proof reading services as well as provide custom made plates and films that are used for printing.
Under this segment we cover products and services such as roll ups, banners, vehicle branding, acrylic and metallic works, name plates, gift and promotional items, signboards, door signs, etc.
Offset printing is a commercial printing technique that produces consistent and high quality printed materials. It works by transferring ink from a plate to a rubber sheet, which then rolls the ink onto printable media such as paper, vinyl, sticker etc.
Products under this category include business cards, letter heads, flyers, booklets, stickers, danglers, company profiles, notebooks, reports, calendars and among others.
Web offset is a form of printing in which a continuous roll of paper is fed through the printing press. Pages are separated and cut to size after they have been printed.
Web offset printing is used for high-volume publications such as mass-market books, magazines, newspapers, catalogs and brochures.
Screen Printing is a printing technique where a mesh is used to transfer ink onto a substrate, except in areas made impermeable to the ink by a blocking stencil. A blade is moved across the screen to fill the open mesh apertures with ink, and a reverse stroke then causes the screen to touch the substrate momentarily along a line of contact. This causes the ink to wet the substrate and be pulled out of the mesh apertures as the screen springs back after the blade has passed. One colour is printed at a time, so several screens can be used to produce a multi-coloured image or design.
